FAQ

Good questions

Can't see yours? Just ask.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Most clipped breeds every 4–8 weeks; double coats benefit from a de-shed each season.

My dog is nervous. Can you help?

Yes. Book a Puppy intro or note it at intake — we'll go slowly and stop if needed.

Do you need vaccination records?

Yes, please bring proof of current vaccinations to the first visit.

What if my dog is matted?

Severe matting may need a short clip for comfort. We'll always talk to you first.
